Technical HR Executive

Position Description

The Technical HR Executive is responsible for overseeing various human resources functions with a strong focus on the technical workforce. This role involves recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws in a technical environment. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in HR with exposure to the technical or IT industry.


  1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
    • Identify staffing needs in collaboration with department heads.
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract technical talent.
    • Conduct technical interviews, skills assessments, and coordinate technical evaluations.
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  2. Onboarding and Orientation:
    • Develop and manage onboarding processes tailored to the technical team.
    • Ensure new hires have the necessary tools, equipment, and access to systems.
    • Provide training and support for new employees, including technical training.
  3. Employee Relations:
    • Address employee concerns, disputes, and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
    • Promote a positive and inclusive work culture within the technical team.
    • Collaborate with managers to identify and address performance issues.
  4. HR Policy and Compliance:
    • Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, particularly those relevant to the technical industry.
    • Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws.
    • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with employment laws.
  5. Compensation and Benefits:
    • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure competitive salary structures for technical roles.
    • Administer and communicate employee benefits, including healthcare, retirement, and other perks.
  6. Performance Management:
    • Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
    • Work with managers to set performance goals and conduct performance reviews.
    • Identify opportunities for employee skill development and growth.


  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles with a focus on technical or IT industries.
  • Familiarity with technical terminology and understanding of the skills required in the field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience with HR software and tools.
  • Professional certifications in HR (e.g., PHR, SPHR) are a plus.
